Our farm to fork beef raised at Buck Mountain Ranch (BMR) are never injected with hormones or steroids and are allowed to roam our farms in the Ozark Mountains.

Meet the Chef

Meet The Chef

Jeremy got his feet wet in an All-American Diner setting at the young age of 15.  Jeremy then entered a culinary arts program in 1998.  Since his introduction into the culinary world, he has served in the food service industry for over 10 years.  There he found his passion for serving people great food filled with love.  Jeremy has worked with a wide range of cuisine categories and throughout them all has honed his skills and blended these cuisines into his own flare.  Jeremy is the corporate chef for Buck Mountain Ranch and is also the head chef at Redwing Coffee. Jeremy’s favorite part about serving great food is seeing the joy and delight that people get when tasting his food.  Enticing individuals to step outside their comfort zone and give some new flavors a try is one of Jeremy’s specialties. When he is not creating great food in the kitchen, he can be found spending time with his family, usually camping and fishing. You can find more of his chef inspired recipes below.
